This is the first time it has been updated since 1905. We have one of the few remaining copies in the hands of the descendants of the Hester-Stough family, that we are aware of. Many of the family have requested that we copy it for them, and so we have decided to do just that, only on the web.

A photo of the Hester Homestead, taken circa 1905, from the book much of this site will be based upon.

Of course, when the book is completely transcribed,
we will add what we know of our ancestry since the
time the book was published, in 1905.
This will be the least complete section,
and one of the reasons we have decided to have
a site for others to see (in the hopes that
we will find lost relatives).

To the best of our abilities, the material which we shall take from the Genealogy book named above shall be copied word for word, though it may be difficult at times to have the format be exactly the same.
